About the Event
Join us for our Maundy Thursday service! This year there will be no dinner, instead we will host the service in the worship center starting at 7:00 PM.
Activities for kids age 4 - 4th grade as well as care for Infants - 3 yr olds will be provided.
What is Maundy Thursday?
Maundy Thursday is the Thursday before Easter. Christians remember it as the day of the Last Supper, when Jesus washed the feet of his disciples and established the ceremony known as the Last Supper. The night of Maundy Thursday is the night on which Jesus was betrayed by Judas in the Garden of Gethsemane, and so a Maundy Thursday service tends to be very reflective and sober as we focus on the suffering of Christ.
