Production Director

Colonial Woods Missionary Church is seeking a highly skilled, organized, and ministry-minded Production Director to oversee and execute all technical and production aspects of our Sunday services, midweek gatherings, and special events.

​

This role is central to creating meaningful, distraction-free worship experiences that communicate the Gospel with clarity and excellence. The Production Director works closely with the Worship & Creative Arts Director to plan, prepare, and produce the weekly in-room and online worship experiences while leading and equipping a passionate team of volunteers.

This is a full-time, salaried position requiring a balance of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and

servant-hearted leadership.
