About the Event
Youth Summer Camp 2026 is just 3 days away! We have some general information that we have not mailed to your home and emailed three times (all of that is below). HOWEVER, we want to make sure you're aware of a couple of “new” items and a form we want to share.
The Commons is the “snack shack” and does accept debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash.
We also want to make the medication check-in process as smooth as possible for families whose students will be bringing medications to camp. Please complete the medication form using the link below no later than Thursday at 12:00 PM. The form will close at that time, so we can print all submissions and prepare them for our camp nurse.
Paper forms will still be available during check-in on Friday; however, completing the form in advance will help expedite the check-in process and ensure we have all necessary information readily available. We greatly appreciate your help in submitting all medication forms.

Please Talk with Your Student About the Following
Because we are staying in cabins, everyone MUST shower daily, wear clean clothes each day, and have extra clothes available to change into if needed.
Important Reminder - Swimming in the lake IS NOT the same as showering.
Using deodorant/antiperspirant daily (or even multiple times a day!) is a great way to care for those around you and keep the cabin environment enjoyable for everyone.
YOUTH SUMMER CAMP 2026 PACKING LIST
It may be helpful to check off items as you pack:
IMPORTANT: Phone Guidelines
Phones will only be permitted in cabins during the evening for alarms and limited check-ins before bedtime. One of the goals of camp is to give students the opportunity to fully engage, build meaningful friendships, and be present in the experience without the constant distractions of technology. Taking a short break from phones can encourage connection, support healthy rest, reduce stress, and create space to focus on relationships, fun, and growing in their relationship with Jesus.
