About the Event
Whether you’ve joined us for Family Connect at Colonials Woods or you’re hearing about it for the first time, we’d love you and your family to be part of something special this month!
On Sunday, August 31 from 4:00 - 7:00 PM, we’re inviting families with children, infants through 5th grade, to meet at Gratiot Park in Port Huron for an afternoon of fun, connection and community. This is a casual, fun opportunity to meet other families in the same season, let the kids run around and enjoy being with other families from Colonial Woods.
Gratiot Park Features:
A large playground for all ages
A refreshing splash pad to cool off
A basketball court for friendly games
We’ve reserved a pavilion and will provide light snacks and water. Families are encouraged to pack a picnic dinner and bring a blanket or lawn chairs to make the most of the evening.

What is Family Connect?
Family Connect has recently launched at our church aiming to offer connection and community to families with children from infants through 5th grade. It’s a chance to build friendships, share life and encourage one another in faith. Right now, we gather on the last Sunday of the month, and look forward to continuing to look for more opportunities to connect with one another!
